Under the quality standard of ISO-9001, we accurately develop the progressive stamping die and manufacture laminations with computerized equipment. Following ultrasound cleaning procedure, the products will process heat treatment via hydrogen / nitrogen vacuum to achieve desired permeability and metal properties.

Sensor Core / Stacking Core
The Sensor Core is mainly used to detect the variation of magnetic flux. The dimension could be customized per inquiry. We can manufacture single lamination or stack several laminations and rivet into one unit along with progressive die stamping. The process minimizes the space between each layer to achieve better magnetic permeability. Typical applications of the sensor core or stacking core are current clamp meter, hall effect sensor or any electronic components that detect variations of electric current or magnetic flux to trigger magnetic response.
The EI Core is mainly used as magnetic core of transformers dedicated to weak electric current. The excellent permeability of permalloy are perfect in an analog circuit where variations in electric current are weak and precise response is required. We can manufacture single lamination or stack laminations, wiring coils to form one unit. Typical applications of EI core are SMD transformers for laptops and telecom devices, telecom transformers, Hi-Fi stereo transformers, ISDN/pulse transformers and power transformers.
The Ring Core is a closed ring-shaped magnetic lamination. We can manufacture single lamination or stack laminations, wiring coils to form one unit. Typical applications of ring core are zero phase current transformer, arc-fault circuit interrupter (AFCI), ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) and earth leakage circuit breaker (FLCB).
